Signature package

This package is right for you if would like to put your wellness on the forefront for a season and are ready for intensive therapy or coaching to work toward your nutrition and wellness goals. Consider this package too, if you have several nutrition concerns or are going through a distinct period requiring adjustments in diet and lifestyle (e.g. pregnancy, new disease diagnosis or recovery, preparation for an athletic event, etc.).

This package includes 8 coaching sessions spread over 3 months:

  • 80-minute session

    • to do a thorough assessment of your nutrition status and discuss goals, barriers, challenges, needs.

  • 1 hour-long follow-up session

  • 6 half-hour follow-up sessions

  • Ongoing email/chat support

  • Recipes, meal planning ideas, and tools.

So, everything in the “Basic” package, plus:

  • 4 extra half-hour follow-up sessions

Typically, the hour-long session is during the first month of our work together and the check-in sessions occur between follow-up sessions during the first month, so we are meeting weekly during the first month. Bi-weekly half-hour sessions occur after that, but there is some flexibility around scheduling to best meet your needs and goals.

If you decide to extend our coaching work, you can purchase additional coaching sessions in 3-hour bundles or bundles of 4 weekly check-in sessions. As a current or former client, you also have access to several additional services I offer.
