I am a preferred provider with the Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance family of companies (Premera, Regence, Anthem, LifeWise). My services are considered in-network by those companies and are typically covered fully with $0 out of pocket for you and unlimited visits.
I am also in network with other insurance companies such as Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare (but excluding Medicaid) through a provider platform called “Fay”. This simply means that we will use Fay’s platform for meetings and processing your claims with these other insurance plans to ensure $0 out-of-pocket cost to you.
